SALES MANAGER – Toyota Division

The candidate must:
Have managerial experience
Have experience in a New Vehicle Sales environment.
Be able to plan, organize, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, as determined by senior management.
Have the ability to motivate, train, and build a strong team using proven strong team building skills
Have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Show the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
Have proven inventory management skills
Have the ability to pay attention to detail
Be able to multi task
Have a solid sales background and proven track record of your achievements, personally or professionally
Have excellent listening skills
Possess a valid driver’s license
